My Sephora Wish List!

Hey guys!  How are ya?
For today's fun post I thought I would share with you all my Sephora wish's kind of embarrasing but we can all dream can't we?  I'm actually on a no-buy right now so I won't be getting any of these items any time soon.  So going on to the website and picking out my wishlist was a good practice of self control.

Try not to judge me too hard.  I'm guessing if you're reading this, you're a makeup addict too, right?

Get your makeup brushes cleaner-FASTER

Hey guys, What's up??
Today I wanted to share with you a tip that made me not dread washing my makeup brushes. Before I did this, I would use baby shampoo or regular shampoo (something liquid), and it would take almost an ENTIRE HOUR to wash them all -___-  No, thank you.  Then this happened.  I was browsing Pinterest when I found a post telling me to try this.  What is this you ask?  You're about to find out.  For this project, you will need:

How to: properly conceal dark circles!

Hey Guys!  What's up?
Today I have a post inspired by my NYX Micro Brow Pencil review from earlier this week.  In the "before" photos I took, I only had on foundation, concealer, and powder.  I noticed while going through those pictures that you could hardly see my undereye circles.  It was that moment when I realized that I had found something great, and that I needed to share it with the internet.  The best part?  Everything I'm using you can get at affordable prices!

At this point, you're probably dying to know what I'm going to say I discovered (maybe, maybe not?) so let's get right into it~

Review: NYX Micro Brow Pencil

Hey guys! What's up?
Today I'm commin' back at ya with another review.  I decided I wanted to review this product because I loved it when I first had it, and then finished it and didn't have it for a while.  Now I have it again and was reminded of how much I NEED this product in my life.

This product I'm talking about is the NYX Micro Brow Pencil~

The shade I have this in is Taupe.  This line also has a Blonde shade, but taupes tend to compliment me better than straight up "blonde" shades.

Let's get started!

My favorite summer blushes!

Hey guys!  What's up? Second video-yay!  I wanted to talk about my favorite summer blushes because, if you have been reading from the beginning, you know I am a blush-a-holic!

Products Mentioned:

  • Milani Baked Blush in Luminoso
  • MAC blush in Royal Sunset.
    • This is limited edition, so you can't get it anymore.  I totally thought they made it permanent!  Blogger fail!  Fleur Power and Immortal Flower are great [permanent] dupes.
  • Jordana blush in Coral Sandy Beach
  • Colourpop Super Shock Cheek in Between the Sheets
  • Rimmel Natural Bronzer in Sun Bronze
  • Maybelline Master Hi-Light Blush in Nude

Thank you so much for stopping by!  Please subscribe to my new channel and follow me on Bloglovin' :)

Have a beautiful day~

Review: Wet n' Wild Coloricon Contouring Palettes

Hey guys!  How are ya?
Today I wanted to do a follow-up of an older blog post I did a few months back on the Wet n' Wild Coloricon Contouring Palette in Caramel Toffee.  To this day that is THE blog post with the most views, so I'm guessing y'all found it helpful in some way.  I recently picked up the second shade in this collection and have a solid opinion on these products so I thought I would give you a full-on review.  We have quite a bit to cover so let's get started-

Empties or Trash? #1

Hey guys, what's up?  Obviously I just uploaded my first ever YouTube video.  I'm just a little excited about it.  I thought long and hard about what I wanted my first video to be, but I ended up doing an empties because I had so many empty products I wanted to talk about and toss!  For today's blog post, I'm going to do a little re-cap of what I talked about in the video with some additional pics.  Let's get started!

My MAC MSF's~Swatches and Reviews!

Hey guys!  How are ya doing today?  As promised, I'm back into the blogging routine-and today I'm sharing with you my MAC MSF collection.  Swatches, individual reviews, how I store them, and a back story of how I became obsessed are all to be included.  Let's start out with a little background info to get started, we have a lot to cover~

Back in summer 2010, my parents took me to a MAC counter in Nordstrom and let me loose for my 15th birthday.  I had just started [seriously] getting into makeup and was ecstatic to be getting my first few MAC items.  That summer was when the Semi-Precious collection was released (do y'all remember that??) and on my wishlist was the Mineralize Skinfinish in Rose Quartz.  I got the LAST ONE they had, which apparently sparked an unhealthy obsession with limited edition skinfinishes-and 5 years later I have collected 9 of them.  Wow.  I have a problem.

Now that we have cleared that up,  I want to tell you how I store mine.   Below is a picture of my cheek drawer (in the Alex 9 unit from Ikea).  I wanted to show you this because I have struggled for the past year to find something that would fit my MSF collection perfectly, and it came to me in a completely random way.

Hey guys!  How are ya?  So, It's been a while-I know.  I thought I would explain where I have been and what the schedule is going to look like from here on out before I got back into the full swing of things.

I was basically hit by life.  Class work all of a sudden got really hard and I was constantly working on school, then finals week happened and it had been almost 3 weeks since I had made a blog post.  Then shortly after I had to move out (which was incredibly tedious), then I attended graduation and just got home a few days ago.  I needed a couple days to get myself together and now here I am today.

I just want to say thanks for sticking around if you're reading this right now.  I've said this before, but I would never just up and leave for however long and not give an explanation.  In brighter news, I am going to start scheduling blog posts.  Right now I am planning to do 3 posts a week on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and maybe a few extras here and there.  I'm also going to start a YouTube channel within the next couple weeks (hopefully).

I'm pretty excited for this summer, and a big reason is that I knew that not being a full time student would allow me to spend much more time blogging and sharing the things I am passionate about with my readers (and future "viewers"-eek!).  Stay tuned for my next post tomorrow and for my upcoming channel!

Sending love your way~Have a beautiful day!
